The ONLY person who relentlessly keeps pushing the preposterous "consipiracy theory" that the Royal Family had Diana and Dodi murdered is Mohammed Al Fayed. Mohammed Al Fayed is also relentlessly pushing the false allegation that Diana was pregnant with Dodi's child. Autopsy reports confirm Diana WAS NOT pregnant at the time of her death.

Diana and Dodi would not have died in the car crash if Mohammed Al Fayed had not employed an alcoholic, drug addicted Henri Paul as Chief of Security for the Paris Ritz Hotel. It was well documented Dodi failed to hire enough bodyguards sufficient to protect Diana. Only two bodyguards to protect the most hounded, stalked women in the world by paparazzis? What was Dodi thinking?

The two bodyguards on duty on the Jonkquil confirmed to the media and police that Dodi kept constantly changing his plans for his and Diana's ground transporation from the moment they left the Jonkquil yacht and throughout their time in Paris. The two bodyguards were kept "out of the loop" by Dodi deliberately - because Dodi was a light weight in over his head. Dodi erroneously thought that he and he alone could "protect" Diana and Dodi refused to hire sufficient bodyguards to take care of Diana.

Bottom Line: Mohammed Al Fayed doesn't have the decency to admit if he had not hired alcoholic, drug addicted Henri Paul as Chief of Security for his hotel - that Diana and Dodi would not have died in that crash. With a stoned, drunk driver THAT was what caused the crash.

I cannot stand the Royal Family and think Prince Charles was a cad and a bounder towards Diana. Prince Phillip was always hateful towards Diana - The Queen was never that friendly with Diana - but do I think the Royal Family had Diana murdered? Absolutely not! They Royal Family may be stuffy snobs who think they are superior to everyone on earth - but they are not murderers.

There was absolutely NO indication that Diana had ANY intention of marrying Dodi - so that nonsense about "murdering them because the RF didn't want Diana to marry a Moslem and embarras the RF and her sons" is rubbish.

Diana told Rosa Monckton "I need to marry Dodi, like I need a bad rash." I'm positive Diana was just having a summer vacation FLING with Dodi and nothing beyond that. Dodi was a light weight, not worth Diana's little finger. She would have gotten tired of him quite quickly and dropped him after returning to London. Dodi had no real income of his own except for the monthly allowance his father doled out to him.

Dodi had a history of being evicted by his landlords. Dodi was sued in court for bad debts. He left America because of lawusiuts against him for being a deadbeat. Insofar as to work as a "film producer" it was just a case of Dodi getting his father to write checks and give financial backing to film studios.

Several film industry leaders who worked with Dodi said he ONLY received Executive Producer credit because he got his father to finance films. So basically it was a case of Mohammed Al Fayed WRITING CHECKS and Dodi was a total figurehead as a film producer.

Biggest reason why Diana would have NEVER married Dodi was his uncle, Adnan Khossoggi was a notorious WMD international arms dealer who sold LAND MINES. Now why would Diana have ever thought seriously about marrying the nephew of a man who sold LAND MINES?

So all this nonsense about Diana and Dodi getting married - and that being the motivation for the RF to have them murdred because they did not want the young princes to have a Muslim stepfather is rubbish!

I am no fan of the Royal Family - I never really liked Charles or Camilla and Prince Phillip is a horrible snob. But do I think the RF plotted to murder Diana and Dodi? Absolutely not - just look at all the pain, misery and suffering the death of Diana has caused her beloved sons. As rotten as the RF is, I seriously doubt they would stoop so low as to murder the young Prince's mother. William and Harry were only 14 and 12 years old - an age where kids need their mother the most.

Diana said to the press that she got along better with Charles after the divorce than when they were married. They were both getting on with their life - I seriously doubt the RF would have bumped off Diana & Dodi - Diana would have never married an idle playboy like Dodi. It was a summer fling and nothing more than Diana just having some well deserved fun.

Rubbish it's vague! It addresses all the various conspiracy theories around and dismisses them. It's actually a very detailed and conprehensive report. Naturally if people want to cling on to conspiracy theories that's their perogative. I'm stunned that anyone can still believe that nonsense. Most of us prefer to deal with facts and reality!

Angela,
You are right. I read the summary from another webpage and not the 800 + pages.

Interesting reading . However the finding was a foregone conclusion , Lord Stevens of Kirkwhelpington ( previously plain Sir John ) indicated what he was looking for right at the start of his brief , he 'hoped to draw a line under the death of the former Princess of Wales and ease things for the RF' .

Having said that , why should anyone be surprized that he supported the Establishment view ? Also totally unsurprizing that Diana's sons have hastened to endorse his finding . It is more comfortable for the RF and it's Courtiers if the whole matter is neatly disposed of once and for all , and swept under the carpet where they all hope it will stay thumbsdown

IMO the reason a lot of it hasn't made sense all along has been because we are not in possession of all the facts .... and it now looks as if we never will be blue-smiley
