On first sight, it's the kind of childhood item which lies unused in garages across the world.
However, auctioneers in Norfolk are hoping that bidders will pay more than £1,000 for a red-frame Raleigh Chopper.
This, though, is no ordinary bike, for it was once the pride and joy of a little girl by the name of Lady Diana Spencer.
Auctioneers Keys, who are based in Aylsham close to Park House on the Sandringham Estate where the Spencers also resided as neighbours of the Queen and her family, say the otherwise unremarkable bike was used by the future Princess of Wales during her childhood at Althorp in Northamptonshire.
It's believed the bike was one of many precious items which a young Diana took with her whenever her family stayed on the East coast.
