latest biographer has been recalling a rather amusing exchange which took place
between the estranged Princess of Wales and her father-in-law, Prince Philip at the height of her divorce proceedings from Prince Charles.
Speaking to Sky News to promote the newly published Diana Chronicles, Tina Brown offered a new tidbit of information about a
woman whose life and personality has been probed like no other.
During her research for the book, which she intonated has been wrongly depicted
as an anti-Diana tome, the former Editor of Vanity Fair recalls how she met a royal insider who told of Dianas
defiance against an increasingly exasperated Duke of Edinburgh.
