The Royal household in Bangkok has been offering the media bulletins about the health of the King, as well as that of his eldest sister, 84-year-old Princess Galyani Vadhana.

The Princess is suffering from cancer, for which she has been undergoing treatment at the same hospital as her brother since mid-June.

The King himself has been advised by doctors to take more exercise to regain strength in the muscles affected by this recent bout of ill health.

So glad that the King is out hospital. Perhaps he will recuperate in one of his homes?

He is so adored in Thailand and like the Thai people I hope that he can continue his work with the aid of his family.
