The
parents of Henri Paul have told the High Court inquest into the deaths of
Diana, Princess of Wales and Dodi Fayed that the French authorities refused to
allow their requests that independent blood samples be taken from their dead son. Although his parents say they didn't often speak about money with their son, the couple explained away the large amounts discovered in several bank accounts after Paul's death as being the collective result of often large tips he received from patrons of the Ritz Hotel.
