Mohamed Al Fayed has again hit out at the coroner’s decision not to call the
Queen or Prince Philip to give evidence at the inquest into the deaths of his
son, Dodi, and Diana, Princess of Wales. In an attempt to over-turn Lord Justice Scott Baker's earlier ruling, lawyers representing the Harrods boss will this afternoon seek leave to apply for a judicial review during an appearance before three judges at the Royal Courts of Justice.
