Interviewed by the actor for a 2005 Channel Four documentary titled You're Fayed, the Harrods boss told Allen: "All
that happened to me was after the murder of my son and Diana. I
challenge the bastards who done this to me, MI6, and all the time say
this is by order of the Royal Family".
In
recent weeks, even the legal team representing Fayed have stepped back
from perpetuating the conspiracy theories, all of which have been
condemned and dismissedby the coroner, Lord Justice Scott Baker.
The
jury at the official British inquest into the crash have continued
their
deliberations for a third day running. The six women and five men have
been told by the coroner not to feel compelled to return a speedy
verdict, such is the large amount of information which is at their
disposal following six months of evidence.

Comment: I believe there was a hand-off conspiracy with negligence at the back end. However, what is clear is that those responsible for outcomes are being protected from having to tell.
The ambulance attendants, their radio operators, switchboard operators and First Responder police should have been debriefed in full, in the presence of this jury.
That did not happen, and so the story how Diana actually died will never be told publicly, and the jury has to deliberate and decide merely on hearsay, gossip and inunendo.
That is what I call a "fixed" investigation not unlike others I have seen lately. It fits the pattern.

Comment: I'm happy her friends are speaking up, but the letter will not change anything. Al Fayed refuses to accept the least bit of responsibilty for what happened and he will never let this go.

Comment: This is hardly helpful. Perhaps Mr. Allen wishes to launch Harrod's next sale. I would think campaigning against land mines or poverty or the situation in Darfur would be just as worthy of airtime and ultimately be more helpful.
