Last August both the Sunday Mirror and the Sunday Express featured very similar stories, it being claimed that Harry had popped the question and Chelsy had said 'yes'.Following a similar path to that seen with regards to the romance of Prince William and Kate Middleton, these reports were followed just months later by front page headlines screaming 'Harry and Chelsy Split'. Meanwhile, proving that even the highest in the land dont always know whats going on with the royals, its claimed in the Portcullis diary column in the Sunday Telegraph that Britains Foreign Secretary, David Milliband, was left in the dark over Prince Harry's military service in Afghanistan. The Ministry of Defence apparently feared the highly sensitive news would leak if officials told their counterparts at the Foreign Office.
