As we head towards summer here in the northern
hemisphere, these are increasingly busy times for all those who follow
the Windsors - from the casual royal watcher to members of the press,
especially the cameramen and women for whom the workload doesn't stop as the
weekend arrives.
Before jetting off to Turkey, and as we featured on The Royalist
across the weekend, the Queen joined the crowds at the Royal Windsor
Show where, as you can see in this latest exclusive video from Calyx TV, Her Majesty enjoyed the rare chance to be almost just another member of the crowd.

Comment: Go for it, Exploora! It would be a quieter landing than William's Chinook.

Comment: I heard the scream. I heard it around the time I was contemplating the type of Rocket Handgliders which might be available on the market, 20 years from now.
If I decide to take the trip to see Charles' exhibit getting one of those might be a good idea.

Comment: Lol! Joanne, just look at the bright side... You have 20 years to write it and perhaps you can even catch a quick nap or two between now and then.

Comment: Monika,

Comment: Yes, Exploora...let's hope HM is around for another twenty years! Then Joanne will have to write about Charles' 80th birthday exhibition at Windsor.

Comment: I was thinking HM was looking very good for her age.
I could see her living for another 20 years.
Of course, I am just guessing just based on how old her Mum lived for, and how good she looks.
I have no inside knowledge of the Lord's plan of course.

Comment: Great post, Colleen. All true...

Comment: I find the Queen aging lately although amazing for her age when you look at others of her age. I guess I want time to stand still for her and her reign as its frightening the change that may take place once she is gone. At one time I felt William would be a wonderful heir even as second in line but now wondering about his maturity and if he would be capable of the job. I think Charles would be up to it but without Cams at his side. Just some thoughts.
