In contrast to her royal cousin, Princess Beatrice, Zara Phillips spends
most of her time riding out in a hard hat rather than floating down a catwalk or offering
advice to well-heeled ladies as a fashion buyer.
Nevertheless, the Princess Royals daughter has been crowned a new generation of
fashionista when it comes to celebrity hat wearers.
Not that Beatrice's often dramatic creations
haven't also caught the eye of those whose job it is to crown the
world's most famous....
Fresh from her recent outing in that colourful concoction which fluttered into view at Peter Phillips wedding, Princess
Beatrice comes in a close second to Zara in the fourth annual Celebrity Hat Wearers
list.
The list is produced by promotional consortium Luton First in conjunction with the
towns milliners.
Zara is joined in the number one spot by her male counterpart as a new
breed of fashion icon, Angelina Jolie's other half, Hollywood heart
throb
Brat Pitt.
A young man who's never afraid to step out in a
wide range of head wear - from the beanies favoured for a night at
the football or a London club, to the more traditional bowler worn in
tribute to the fallen of World War One (click here for an exclusive video) - Prince Harry is the only male
royal to make the list.
