While Prince Harrys military service in
Afghanistan and charity work
in Lesotho has presented the world with a new image of the
third-in-line to the throne, it appears hes yet to convince everybody
hes a
changed man from that which used to stumble out of nightclubs and
attack paparazzi photographers.
Writing today about Scotland Yards fears that Harry has become a target for al-Qaeda
due to his ten-week tour of duty in Helmand Province, Daily Mirror columnist Brian Reade launches a broadside against the Prince and Princess of Wales' youngest son, telling readers: "If thats the case, then lets step-up security
immediately."
"Whenever he's out drinking himself into a stupor at Boujis nightclub, we should have a crack team of armed bodyguards ready to pour him into an awaiting
car."
Truly getting into his stride, the Mirror columnist continues: "Whenever he
leaves the country we should have a team of PR people bribing the media into not
revealing his whereabouts. And whenever he flies into a war zone, we should
keep him hidden miles away from danger, letting him out only to make propaganda
films which portray him as The Royal Rambo."
Perhaps when he accompanies William to the premiere of Quantum of Solace on October 29th, Harry should
slip a few pounds to his new friend, James Bond, to have a word with those
pesky journalists who are yet to be won over by the new-look Lieutenant Wales.
Comment: Prince Andrew was being used as a decoy in the Falklands wasn't he, so maybe Harry is being used to trap the "insurgents". I still can't believe some of Chels D's alleged friends are being so open on FaceBook if it isn't for some higher purpose. Otherwise talk about security risk. Journalists are I think at the bottom of the list Harry needs to worry about. I would start worrying about Chels D's hundreds of so called friends.
