Charles and Camilla have today helped make a little girl's dream come true. Cancer sufferer Anna Earls wrote to the Make A Wish Foundation saying that she would love to meet the Prince and his second wife.![]() In Hillsborough Castle, 8-year-old Anna saw her wish come true when she was granted a special 15-minute audience with the royal couple during their official visit to Northern Ireland. ![]() The youngster, who is undergoing treatment for kidney cancer, arrived at the historic Castle in a stretch limousine with her mother and grandmother. Only this morning was she told of her impending royal meeting. ![]() Anna looked starry-eyed as she presented Charles and Camilla with a painting of flowers she'd especially produced for them before happily posing for photographs before the small group of media invited inside the residence to record the meeting for posterity. Camilla joked with Anna about the fact they were wearing matching pink dresses while Charles and the youngster chatted about their shared interest in the environment. ![]() Anna's mother, Alison Earls, was clearly bowled over by the royal couple, saying of their agreement to meet her brave daughter: "It's so kind of them, so wonderful and they are a lovely couple and they made us feel so much at ease and they made Anna feel so much at ease that it has been just wonderful." ![]() On this occasion at least, it wasn't the Royals who were the V.I.Ps, it was instead the girl without the title: Miss Anna Earls. ![]() If you're a subscriber, click Play to hear Anna speaking about her royal meeting: Comment on this article
